Rotary Valve Manufacturing
New rotary valve manufacturing to our own design, modified designs are available for your own specific requirements. Our main client for this product is the largest bulk haulier in the UK for whom we provide a number of valves each year. The valves consist of hard chromed and ground bore with hard chromed ground faced end plates and stainless steel rotors. The valves can be a fixed or mobile unit to suit any requirement. The valves can be hydraulically or electrically driven as required. They can be painted in your required colour. Prices available on request.

Rotary Valve Breakdown Repairs and Rebuilds
As well as supply new valves we also offer a comprehensive breakdown and reconditioning service. We have on-site technicians available to service/repair valves as and when required. Parmac has good vehicle access so trailers can come onsite to be repaired under cover.

Breakdown Specialists
Our tool room facility is fully equipped to undertake most small to medium sized engineering repairs on a variety of machinery and equipment. We also offer an on-site repair service. We keep a range of engineering metals and plastics on-site so we can make most things in house for a fast turnaround. We understand the need for rapid response so as to alleviate downtime.

Production Machinery Rebuild, Repairs and Spares
We have a wide range of knowledge and experience in repairs and modification to production equipment/machinery. We have helped to redesign and modify factory floor process equipment and lines to make them more efficient and productive.

Machinery Modification
Allied with our design engineers we are able to make modification as per any requirement to existing machinery.

We offer a fully comprehensive on-site repair service where we can come out to you at a time and place to suit you to fix whatever problems may arise.

Welding and Fabrication in all Steels
Allied with our sister company we have the facilities to weld and fabricate in all engineering materials. We can also offer a coding welding service.

Allied with our design engineers we can design and manufacture almost anything. Over the years we have made many bespoke machines for a variety of industries.
